How can I place an order?
  ECA accepts orders via email to your dedicated customer service representative or at our general customer service email CustomerService@Electri-cable.com. Online orders may be placed for Telecom Plates only. We do not accept orders over the phone.
Is there a minimum order?
 

There is a minimum order value of $25.00 per order required. If the product selected does not meet this minimum it will be billed at the $25.00 value.

What is your Return Policy?
 

We accept back Quick Ship items shipped within 30 days (excluding custom-made items and telecom plates) in new condition with a 25% restocking fee. Contact our customer service department before shipping items back for a Return Authorization Number. Products being returned must be packed well and securely to arrive back here in undamaged, resalable condition within 60 days of RMA being issued. When possible, please insert a copy of your original invoice or packing slip inside the box. Please be sure to include all original accessories to assure proper credit.

What is your Warranty Policy?
  ECA Products are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Electri-Pak products must be installed by a licensed electrician, in the manner it was intended to be used. This warranty is null and void in the case of abuse, uses outside its normal intended use, or field modifications made in any manner.
What payment options are available?
  We accept most major credit cards, checks, and wire transfer. Net terms may be established, please request our credit application.
